Patient Advocate/Referral Coordinator Christina, RDA

Christina Goud was raised in Pacific Grove, CA. As a registered dental assistant she has specialized training in the areas of radiography, coronal polish and patient care. As front office manager she specializes in insurance billing and financial arrangements, attending seminars regularly to  advance her skills in dental administration and clinical areas.  Patients enjoy Christina's dedication to the communities oral health and her compassionate nature.She volunteers her time at her local church, the holiday gatherings at the Monterey fair grounds,and has served as team captain for the Multiple Sclerosis Society fund raiser walk in honor of one of our patients. Outside of the office Christina values her time with her husband and two children.

Patient Advocate/Referral Coordinator Maddy

A native Californian,Madelena "Maddy" Willison has lived in Monterey for 21 years originally from Mountain View Calif. She has worked in the dental field for over 14 years here in Monterey. Maddy is a specialist in insurance billing and enjoys helping our patients with any of their billing questions and concerns. Outside of the office, Maddy cherishes time with her husband of 20 years and her two children.  Maddy volunteers at her children's school, supports her daughter's horse riding competitions, and is an active member of the PTA. Maddy is often recognized personally by our patients and fellow dental offices for her exceptional customer service. We congratulate her on the below patient testimonial.

Dental Assistant Rachel, DA

Rachel was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula.  She has specialized training in radiology, chairside assisting and patient care. She is also a business member of the California Association of Regional Occupation Centers and Programs at Mission Trails ROP district. Patients enjoy Rachel's sense of humor and ability to keep them feeling comfortable and relaxed during their visit. Rachel' s experience with her own oral health issues was instrumental in her decision to become a dental assistant and provides an ability for her to empathize with their dental concerns. Outside the office Rachel stays busy with an active lifestyle and generously volunteers her time with non profit organizations.

Dental Assistant Britni, DA

 Britni is a Salinas Valley, CA native.  As an accomplished athlete, Britni brings personal and professional experience of cardiovascular health.  Britni specializes in chair side assisting and radiology.  Patients enjoy Britni's thoughtful, reassuring, professional demeanor.  Outside the office, Britni cherishes time with her two children, enjoying the many outdoor activities that the Central Coast has to offer.
